We are a family business, established to serve our community.

Carol and Doug High have extensive, “hands-on” experience serving the wellness and nutritional needs of their clients and community. We love life here in the heart of North Carolina. We enjoy family activities, meditation, being with or visiting our children, our friendly dog Misty, and the beautiful trees and divine energy.

We have deliberately made our fees affordable, not to be the lowest price in town, but to be able to serve the most people. We have been led to do this, and that’s why we’re here!

Natural Highs is committed to guiding its clients toward their own individual state of optimum health and wellness, as well as supporting them in maintaining it, once achieved, through the regular use of multiple wellness modalities and client education. Clients experience and learn to maintain a seamless, holistic approach to wellness and happiness in all areas of life. They notice and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. They value their therapy and our time, keeping appointments and paying when served. We serve clients who want what we are best at providing. They come in plenty, in balanced volume, so that all who wish to may be supported. Natural Highs provides services that encompass all phases of wellness – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
